The Hon. Jessica J. Fralich is a judicial referee for the 6th Judicial District Court of Minnesota. She was appointed to the bench in 2022.
The 6th Judicial District includes Carlton County, Cook County, Lake County, and St. Louis County.
Prior to her appointment, Fralich was an assistant county attorney for the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office, a position to which she was named in 2008. During her tenure there, she held assignments as Head of the Range Division.
Fralich earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. She then completed a J.D. at Hamline University School of Law in 2002.
After graduating from law school, Fralich entered into private practice. She worked as an associate at Kelm & Reuter and Schleck & Associates.
Her memberships have included the 11th District Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Range Bar Association. She has also been involved with the 6th District Equal Justice Committee, the Range Mental Health Court, and the Domestic Violence Response Team.
