The Hon. Holly F. Conger-Koenig is an associate judge for the 1st Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri. She was appointed to the bench by Governor Mike Parson on September 18, 2020, filling a vacancy created by the elevation of the Hon. Rick Roberts.
The 1st Judicial Circuit includes Clark County, Schuyler County, and Scotland County.
Prior to her appointment, Conger-Koenig was an attorney in private practice. She supplemented her practice with service as the Prosecuting Attorney for Clark County (2015 to 2020).
Conger-Koenig earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and accounting from Culver-Stockton College in 2010. She then completed a J.D. at Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2013.
Born in Quincy, Illinois, Conger-Koenig attended Clark County High School. She was a resident of Kahoka, Missouri, at the time of her appointment.
She is registered as a Republican.
