The Hon. Herbert H. Galchinsky (Ret.) served as a judge for the Denver County Court in Colorado. Galchinsky was appointed to the bench by former Mayor Wellington Webb in 1995. He retired on January 11, 2011.
Prior to his appointment, Galchinsky worked as an attorney in private practice. He supplemented his practice with service as a part-time magistrate.
Galchinsky earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
Raised in Denver, Colorado, Galchinsky attended Lake Middle School and Denver North High School. He enjoys playing tennis and golf.
