The Hon. Gregory A. Bullard is a judge for the Robeson County District Court in the 16B Judicial District of North Carolina. He was elected to the bench in 2020.
Prior to his election, Bullard operated his own private practice, the Law Office of Gregory A. Bullard, PLLC. He opened the office after his father, Donald W. Bullard, retired from their shared practice, Bullard & Bullard, PLLC.
He has also taught for ten years as an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke’s School of Business and spent sixteen years as counsel for the Pembroke Housing Authority.
Bullard received a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997. He then completed a J.D. at North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2000.
His memberships include the Robeson County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association. Bullard also sat as a member of the Robeson County Indigent Defense Committee.
Bullard is a native of Robeson County. He and his wife, Jessica, have three children. The family resides in Lumberton, North Carolina.
He is registered as a Democrat.
