The Hon. Graham B. Peper is a judge for the Jefferson County Court in Colorado. He was appointed to the bench by Governor Jared Polis on April 28, 2022, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of the Hon. Harold Sargent.
Prior to his appointment, Peper was the managing attorney of the Peper Law Office, a law firm he opened in 1995. In that capacity, he handled criminal and juvenile law matters, supplementing his practice with service as a guardian ad litem.
Peper earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alaska in 1991. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 1994. As a law student, Peper clerked at the Law Office of Gale A. Drexler.
