The Hon. Forrest C. Beadle is a judge for the Denton County Criminal Court No. 3 in Texas. He was elected to the bench in 2018 and re-elected in 2022.
Prior to his election, Beadle worked for the Denton County District Attorney’s Office, where he served as chief felony prosecutor for the 367th District Court and the Veterans Treatment Court.
Beadle earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University. He spent the next few years with Orion International before completing a J.D. at Texas Tech University School of Law in 2005.
After graduating from law school, Beadle began his legal career with the Denton County District Attorney’s Office.
His memberships have included the Denton County Republican Party and the American Legion Post 71. He is the recipient of the Congressional Veteran Commendation by Congressman Michael Burgess (2015).
Born in Denton, Texas, Beadle is a veteran of the United States Army. Over the course of his military service, he held assignments as a battalion operations officer, an assistant operations officer, a company executive officer, a tank platoon leader, and a mechanized-infantry platoon leader. Beadle and his wife, Jill, have two daughters. Jill, an emergency room nurse, is the Administrator of the Day Surgery Center at Medical City Denton.
He is registered as a Republican.
