The Hon. Enos J. Fouratt is a judge for the Chaves County Magistrate Court in New Mexico. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor Susana Martinez on September 30, 2015, filling the vacancy created by the passing of the Hon. John J. Halvorson.
Raised in Roswell, New Mexico, Fouratt attended Roswell High School. He spent the next twenty years with the New Mexico State Police and the New Mexico Military Institute Police.
His memberships have included the New Mexico Public Safety Commission.
He is registered as a Republican.
