The Hon. Elizabeth V. Rohrs is an associate judge for the 30th Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri. She was elected to the bench on November 4, 2014, and re-elected in 2018.
The 30th Judicial Circuit is composed of Dallas County, Hickory County, Polk County, and Webster County.
Prior to her election, Rohrs was of counsel at Douglas, Haun & Heidemann. She also spent time as a municipal judge for the City of Bolivar (1990 to 2005).
Rohrs earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Southwest Baptist University in 1980. She then completed a J.D. at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1983.
After graduating from law school, Rohrs entered into private practice. She supplemented her practice with service as a city attorney for the City of Stockton as well as an adjunct professor of business law at Southwest Baptist University.
Her memberships have included the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association, the Bolivar Rotary Club, the P.E.O. Sisterhood, the Polk County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association.
Born in Leavenworth, Kansas, Rohrs attended Bolivar High School. She and her husband, Alvin, have two children. They attend First Baptist Church of Bolivar.
She is registered as a Republican.
