The Hon. Edward Griffith is a judge for the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the bench on November 4, 2003.
Griffith earned a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University in 1970. He then completed a J.D. at Penn State Dickinson Law in 1973.
After graduating from law school, Griffith entered into private practice. He worked as a partner at Duane, Morris & Heckscher, handling complex civil litigation for thirty years.
His memberships have included the Chester County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the John E. Stively, Jr. American Inn of Court.
Griffith was born in Wilke-Barre, Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Upper Uwchlan Township.
He is registered as a Republican.
