Judge Donna D. Galloway: Professional Background and Legal Expertise

Biography

The Hon. Donna D. Galloway is a judge for the 11th East Judicial Circuit Court in Arkansas. She was elected to the bench in 2020.


The 11th East Judicial Circuit includes Arkansas County.


Prior to her election, Galloway was a senior assistant attorney general for the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office, a position to which she was named in 2016. Before that, she spent time as an attorney manager for the Arkansas Office of Child Support Enforcement (2004 to 2016).


Galloway earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Hendrix College in 1988. She then completed a J.D. at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in 1991.
