Judge David L. Reynolds: Professional Background and Legal Expertise

Biography

The Hon. David L. Reynolds (Ret.) served as a judge for the Faulkner County District Court. He retired from the Bench on January 1, 2021.


Prior to his appointment, Reynolds was a judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit Court in Arkansas, a position to which he was elected in 1990.


Reynolds earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Central Arkansas in 1977. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in 1981.


Raised in Faulkner County, Arkansas, Reynolds attended Conway High School.
