Biography

The Hon. Daniel H. Entzminger is a judge for the 3A Judicial District Court of North Carolina. He was elected to the bench on November 6, 2018, and re-elected in 2020.


The 3A Judicial District encompasses Pitt County.


Entzminger earned a J.D. from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, in 2003.


After graduating from law school, Entzminger entered into private practice, working as an attorney in the Law Office of Richard L. Griffin. He remained with the firm until 2005, at which time he opened his own private practice. Entzminger specialized in criminal defense and traffic matters.


He is registered as a Republican.
