The Hon. Carlos L. Rodgers is a judge for the Echols County Probate Court in Georgia. He was elected to the bench in 2001.
Rodgers authored the first Traffic Bench Book for Probate Judges in the State of Georgia. He also started the first probation collection service in Echols County.
