Hon. C. Joseph Rehkamp (Ret.) was a judge for the Perry-Juniata County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He first joined the bench in 1992. Rehkamp retired in 2008, after which time he became a senior judge (2008 to 2010).
During his judicial tenure, he was the president judge of the Perry-Juniata County Court of Common Pleas from 2004 until his retirement.
Rehkamp received a B.A. in psychology from Duke University in 1970. He went on to complete a J.D. at Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson Law in 1973.
Prior to joining the judiciary, Rehkamp held positions concurrently in both the public and private sectors. During that time, he served as the District Attorney in Perry County (1976 to 1983) while also maintaining his own solo practice, the Law Offices of C. Joseph Rehkamp (1976 to 1991). At his private practice, he handled criminal, civil, and domestic cases.
After retiring from the bench, Rehkamp became vice president and partner of Central Investigation in 2011, a private investigation firm in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.
