Hon. Bruce W. Christopherson (Ret.) was a judge for the 8th Judicial District Court of Minnesota in Yellow Medicine County. After twenty-four years on the bench, he retired in January 2010.
The 8th Judicial District includes Big Stone, Chippewa, Grant, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Meeker, Pope, Renville, Stevens, Swift, Traverse, Wilkin, and Yellow Medicine Counties.
He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota. Christopherson went on to complete a J.D. at William Mitchell College of law in 1967.
