Hon. Beverly J. Anderson is a child support magistrate for the State of Minnesota. She began this position in 2000. As such, Anderson has presided in all ten judicial districts, including the 3rd Judicial District.
Before that, she served as an administrative law judge supervisor in the Office of Administrative Hearings (1994 to 1999), a family court referee for the Ramsey County District Court (1992 to 1994), a family law supervisor and attorney at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services (1987 to 1992), and a family law attorney and mediator at Mediation Associates in Minneapolis (1982 to 1987).
Anderson received a B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1977. She went on to complete a J.D. at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 1982.
