The Hon. Andrea R. Krugman is a judge for the Civil Court of the City of New York in Bronx County. She was elected to the bench in 2023.

Prior to her election, she was a longtime attorney and managing partner at Weiss & Rosenbloom, P.C., having joined the firm as an associate in 1997. Krugman supplemented her practice with work as an arbitrator in the Small Claims Court of the City of New York (2015 to 2023).
She received a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from the University of Maryland in 1992. Krugman then completed a J.D. at Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, in 1997.
She was certified in E-Finance and E-Law by New York University (2001) and in Basic Mediation Training (2016) and Divorce Mediation Training (Advanced Certification, 2021) by the New York Peace Institute.
