MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO ANSWER

COMES Now, Defendant, ANDREA MCCREARY, and hereby moves to have more time
to answer the Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Complaint, and as grounds states as follows: ,
1. On or about December 2, 2019, the Plaintiffs’ filed s Second Amended Complaint.
2. The Defendant, ANDREA MCCREARY, requires additional time to prepare a responsive
pleading and has requested a 14-day extension to respond.
3. The Plaintiffs will not be prejudiced.

WHEREFORE, the Defendant, ANDREA MCCREARY, respectfully prays this
Honorable Court grant her Motion and grant such other and further relief as the Court may deem
