MOTION FOR RULE TO SHOW CAUSE

The Plaintiff, CORNERSTONE TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISES, INC. a Colorado

Corporation, files this Motion for Rule to Show Cause and states as follows:

This is an action by Plaintiff to recover money damages.

Plaintiff obtained a Default Final Judgment on January 2, 2019.

On February 15, 2019 this Court entered an Order requiring the Defendant to
complete Form 1.977(b) within 45 days.

The Defendant has failed to complete form 1.977(b) and no extensions have been

granted.

Wherefore, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court enter its Order in accordance

with the above set forth motion.
