I, HENRY G. GYDEN, being sworn, certify that the following information is true:

1. I have made diligent search and inquiry to discover the name and current residence
of Defendant, CHARLES M. STIWALT, and his heirs, by taking the following actions:
a. Conducting an internet search of Defendant’s name.
b. Hiring a process service to conduct a skip trace search of the Defendant, in
which I discovered that the Defendant is deceased. Defendant Charles M.
Stiwalt’s last known address was 1150 NW 104th St., Miami, FL 33150,
