MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

COMES NOW, Plaintiff, KRISH DARMALINGUM AND RANIE DARMALINGUM,
files this Motion to Enforce Settlement and Motion for Sanctions and states as follows:

1. On or about November 24, 2021, the parties entered into a settlement agreement.
The Plaintiff was to receive the settlement release within 3 business days of November
24, 2021, and payment of the monetary amounts would be released within 20 days from
the date the executed release is received by Defendant, CLEAR BLUE INSURANCE
