Plaintiff, PRESTON COVE SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION,
INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, by and through its undersigned attorneys, sues
Defendant, DAWN ELLINGWOOD, and states:

1. PRESTON COVE SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.,
