MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT
COMES NOW the Defendant, E. CLAYTON YATES, P.A., by and through the

undersigned attorneys and moves this Honorable Court for an Order extending the time
in which to respond to the Complaint served in this matter and as grounds therefor would
state:

1. That the office for counsel for the Defendant received this file on March 27,
2019 and defense counsel was on vacation.

2. That Plaintiff has filed a 150 paragraph Complaint and counsel will need
additional time to review the file materials, meet with the insured, and obtain necessary
information to respond to said Complaint.
