ATTORNEYS’ FEE JUDGMENT

COMES NOW the Plaintiff, LEAH M. HUBBARD, and files this Plaintiffs Response
to Defendant’s Motion to Determine Entitlement to Attorneys’ Fees, and, Motion for Entry of
Attorneys’ Fee Judgment and states as follows:

1. On or about March 19, 2019 the Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Legal Malpractice against
the Defendant, E. Clayton Yates, P.A.

2. On or about April 22, 2019, the Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint for
Legal Malpractice.

3. On or about June 24, 2019, the Court determined merit to the Plaintiff's Complaint for
