The Defendant, 13TH STREET HOME SALES, LLC (hereinafter “Defendant”), by and
through undersigned counsel, hereby files its Motion to Compel Production of Photographs, and

would state as follows:

BACKGROUND

This is an action which arises from an accident which occurred on September 20, 2017.
On that date, the Plaintiff GALE ARLEDGE (hereinafter “Plaintiff’) was on Defendant’s premises
for the purpose of viewing mobile homes; Defendant is a new and used manufactured home dealer.
Plaintiff asserts that she was injured on Defendant’s premises she has suffered damages flowing

therefrom. Defendant denies the allegations.
