Plaintiffs, GALE ARLEDGE and TERRANCE ARLEDGE, by and through the
undersigned counsel and pursuant to Rule 1.350 of The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and
hereby requests the Defendant to produce the following materials to the undersigned attorney
within thirty (30) days of service hereof for examination, inspection and copying:

1. Any and all invoices, receipts, work orders and/or similar records, related to any outside

company and/or entity which performed any remodeling and/or repair work on the subject

structure, for a period of two (2) years prior to the incident which is the subject of this action.
