DEFENDANT’S RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO COMPEL INSPECTION
OF DEFENDANT’S PREMISES

The Defendant, 13TH STREET HOME SALES, LLC (hereinafter “Defendant”), by and
through undersigned counsel, hereby responds to the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel Inspection of
Defendant’s Premises, and states as follows:

1. The Plaintiffs have moved to compel an intrusive inspection of the Defendant’s premises,
to include the removal of one hundred (100) square feet of belly bag beneath the building!
wherein the alleged accident occurred, and the removal of the floor insulation in the same
area.
