THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court on September 20, 2018, upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final Judgment, and in consideration thereof it is thereupon

ADJUDGED and ORDERED as follows:

1. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final Judgment is hereby granted. Defendant,
DAVID LANGFORD, defaulted on the payment of sums required to be paid on the Note and
Mortgage which are subject of this action, and the Plaintiff is entitled to a Fi inal Judgment of
