COMES NOW, Plaintiff, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. by and through its undersigned
counsel, and hereby moves this Court for an extension of time within which to respond to the
ANSWER AND AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES served by Defendants WILLIAM L. CAPPS, JR,
and ANGELA K. CAPPS on July 19, 2018, to Plaintiff as grounds thereof states:
