Odom, pursuant to the applicable Rules of Civil Procedure, will take the following deposition of
Todd Carter on October 29, 2020, at 10:00 p.m., ET, before Veritext Court Reporting, a duly
authorized court reporter, via video conference with information to be provided by Veritext. Said
deposition is to be taken for purposes of discovery, for use as evidence at the trial hereof, or both,
