Plaintiff, ROBERT WILEY sues the Defendants, GEORGE RAY and ROBERTS AND

ROBERTS, INC., and alleges:
JURISDICTION, PARTIES AND VENUE

1. This is an action for damages in excess of $15,000.00 exclusive of costs and
interest.

2. At all times material the Plaintiff, ROBERT WILEY, was a resident of Bay
County, Florida.

3. Upon information and belief and at all times material, The Defendant GEORGE
RAY, is a resident of Bay County, Florida and over eighteen (18) years of age.

4. Upon information and belief and at all times material, Defendant ROBERTS
AND ROBERTS, INC. is a Florida for-profit corporation with a principal place of business at
