TO RESPOND TO DEFENDANT’S DISCOVERY REQUESTS

Plaintiffs, James McDougal and Ginger McDougal, by and through undersigned counsel,
seek an extension of time to respond to Defendant’s Interrogatories, Request for Production and
Request for Admissions, (“Discovery Requests”), including any applicable objections, and state:

1, On or about May 21, 2020 Defendant served Discovery Requests upon Plaintiffs.
