COMES NOW, Plaintiff, MARGARITA VENCIUS-REDD by and through the

undersigned counsel, and sues Defendant CASTLE KEY INDEMNITY COMPANY saying as

follows:

GENERAL ALEGATIONS

. This is an action for damages in excess of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00),

exclusive of interest, costs, and attorney’s fees.

. At all times material hereto, Plaintiff was and is a resident of Bay County, Florida, over

the age of eighteen (18), and otherwise sui juris.

. At all times material hereto, Defendant was and is an insurance company licensed to do

business in Florida and transacted insurance in Bay County, Florida.
