ORDER REFERRING CASE TO MEDIATION

This matter is before the court on the court’s motion and the court having reviewed the
pleadings filed herein and it appearing that there are contested issues, it is

Ordered adjudged that said case is referred to mediation and same shall be mediated no later
than 120 (one-hundred twenty) ?days from the date of this order unless good cause is shown. The
selection of the mediator, the time and place of the mediation, and the share of the costs of
mediation to be paid by the parties shall be determined by the parties. The discovery process is not
suspended by the court’s order of mediation. All parties are ordered to appear for mediation.
