TO THE DEFENDANT, CHARLES GERALD LOGAN

The Plaintiff, Yesica Medina, pursuant to Rule 1.370 of the Florida Rules of Civil

Procedure, requests the Defendant, Charles Gerald Logan, admit or deny within forty-five (45)

days from the date of service the following:

1. At the time and place described in the Complaint, the Plaintiff was not negligent

or careless as to cause or contribute to the accident, injuries, or damages described in the

Complaint.

2. There were no acts or omissions by third parties or “others” that caused or

contributed to the accident, injuries, or damages described in the Complaint.
