Plaintiff, NATALIE MASS, and Defendant, WILLIAMS-SONOMA STORES,
INC., by and through their respective undersigned attorneys and pursuant to the
amicable settlement of this cause, hereby stipulate and request that this Court
enter an Order dismissing this action against WILLIAMS-SONOMA STORES,
INC., with prejudice, each party to bear her/its own costs, expenses and attorneys’
fees. All subrogated liens (including but not limited to Medicare liens) and claims,

and charging liens, to be paid from settlement proceeds. The parties stipulate that
