COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, ROODY ST. GERMAIN, by and through his undersigned
counsel and hereby sues the Defendants, ROADRUNNER SERVICES, LLC., COX
AUTOMOTIVE, LLC., MANHEIM AUCTIONS GOVERNMENT SERVICES, LLC., and
MANHEIM REMARKETING, INC., and alleges as follows:
GENERAL ALLEGATIONS
1. This is an action for damages in excess of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00),
exclusive of interest, costs and attorneys’ fees.
2. That at all times material to the cause herein, the Plaintiff, ROODY ST. GERMAIN, was
and is a resident of Palm Beach County, Florida.
