COMPLAINT

COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, ROODY ST. GERMAIN, by and through his undersigned
counsel and hereby sues the Defendant, U.S AUTO SALES - FLORIDA, INC., and alleges as
follows:

GENERAL ALLEGATIONS

1. This is an action for damages in excess of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00),
exclusive of interest, costs and attorneys’ fees.

2. That at all times material to the cause herein, the Plaintiff, ROODY ST.
GERMAIN, was and is a resident of Palm Beach County, Florida.

3. That at all times material to the cause herein, the Defendant, U.S AUTO SALES -
FLORIDA, INC., was a Foreign Profit Corporation doing business in Palm Beach County,
Florida.
