TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF THE COURT:

NOW COMES Jessica F. Stettler, attorney of record for TROY CROSSON, Defendant
in the above-entitled and numbered cause, and moves the Court to allow Jessica F. Stettler to
withdraw as attorney of record for Defendant, and further moves the Court to substitute Joyce M.
Ondich of the law firm of HERALD, FARISH, PALMAROZZI & HUGHES as attorney of
record for Defendant. This substitution is not sought for purposes of delay and is brought with

the approval of said Defendant. Joyce M. Ondich joins in this Motion.

WHEREFORE, it is prayed that said Motion be granted.
