The above-styled matter came before the Court on June 2, 2014 for a hearing on
Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Payment of Rent into the Registry of the Court. The Court, having
read and considered the Plaintiff's Motion and having heard arguments from both parties, FINDS
and ORDERS as follows:

Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Payment of Rent into the Court Registry is hereby
GRANTED.

Defendants shall pay $17,800 into the Court Registry (representing $17,800 rent from the
date of the foreclosure June 4, 2013) within ten (10 days) of the entry of this Order.
