Defendants, Comcast Cable Communications Holdings, Inc., Comcast Cable Holdings,
LLC, and Comcast of Miami, Inc. (collectively, “Comcast” or "Comcast Defendants”) hereby file
their opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion in Limine to Preclude Evidence and Testimony Regarding
Settlement Negotiations (the “Motion”). As set forth below, the evidence Plaintiffs seek to preclude
is necessary to establish Comcast's affirmative defenses of mitigation, waiver, and equitable
