Defendants, Comcast Cable Communications Holdings, Inc., Comcast Cable Holdings,
LLC, and Comcast of Miami, Inc. (together, “Comcast”), by and through their undersigned
counsel, respectfully move on the following grounds for entry of an Order transferring the
above-captioned case to the Circuit Civil Division 25.
1. In May 2009, Plaintiffs filed this lawsuit (the “Warehouse 1050 Action”) against
Florida Sol Corp., Florida Sol Systems, Inc. (together, “Florida Sol”), and Comcast. Plaintiffs
alleged in pertinent part that they suffered damages when a cable wire was allegedly improperly
installed by Florida Sol, a Comeast subcontractor, across their property.
