PLAINTIFF’S SECOND MOTION IN LIMINE
The Plaintiff, by and through the undersigned attorney, and pursuant to the Rules of
Civil Procedure, hereby requests the Defendants be precluded from referencing or
entering into evidence the following:
1. Any testimony by Defense CME Dr. Schumacher that a seated MRI could
make Plaintiff Joshua Canttill’s disc in his neck bulge more than lying down. The doctor
testified that he didn’t know if it would and that he would have to look into whether the

position would make a difference.
