MOTION TO AMEND ANSWER AND AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES

Defendant, KRISTOPHER SCOTT FERRIS, by and through undersigned counsel
and pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.190(a), files his Motion to Amend Answer
and Affirmative Defenses and specifically to amend its Eleventh Affirmative Defense in
accordance with Florida law:

1. Plaintiff, JOSHUA RAY CANTRILL, has filed a Complaint alleging negligence
against KRISTOPHER SCOTT FERRIS for an auto accident that occurred on July 22,
2012. Plaintiff alleges that he suffered injuries to his neck and back, among other things,
as a result of that accident.
