Judgment for possession may enter in favor of the plaintiff with a FINAL

stay of execution through JUNE 4, 2019 on the condition(s) that:

The arrearage remains in dispute between the parties.

Parties agree the plaintiff is holding a security deposit in the amount of $2,200.00.
The security deposit shall be handled in accordance with relevant statute.

Defendant agrees not to reopen, appeal, or seek any further stay of execution.
Upon vacating, defendant shall return all keys and leave the unit in broom clean condition.
