COMPLAINT

4. On or before October 15, 2018 plaintiff entered into a written lease agreement
with the defendants for the rental of the apartment known as 1340 Washington Boulevard,
Apt. 517, Stamford, CT 06902, (incorrectly identified on the agreement as 1340
Washington Boulevard, Stamford, CT 06902) for the term of thirteen months (“Lease”).

2. Defendants took possession of the premises under the Lease and still occupy
the premises.

3. Defendants failed to pay the monthly rent due on March 1, 2019 and April 1,
2019.

4. On April 16, 2019, plaintiff caused a notice to quit possession to be served on
defendants to vacate the premises on or before April 22, 2019 as required by law

(attached as Exhibit 1).5. Although the time designated in the notice to quit possession of said premises
