REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION / MOTION TO REARGUE

Pursuant to Practice Book §11-11, the Plaintiff hereby respectfully moves this Court to
permit reargument of, and requesting reconsideration of, the Court’s Order issued on June 9,
2015 (Calmar, J.) in the above-captioned case, wherein the Court granted various evidentiary
sanctions against the Plaintiff. The specific ground upon which this Motion is predicated is that
the Plaintiff has now complied with the Defendant’s Requests for Production of various
documents pertaining to loss of income, and income capacity. These documents, which have

been provided to counsel for the Defense, are attached to this Motion. They are:
