Plaintiff Defendant LifeCare Hospice (“LifeCare Hospice”), by and through

undersigned counsel, respectfully moves this Honorable Court for an order staying the

pending proceedings as to all claims of all parties and that it further direct and order that

LifeCare Hospice and Plaintiff BCMC, Inc. ("BCMC’”) proceed as follows:
