Now comes Carmiile L. Akande, Counsel for the Defendant, and
respectfully requests that this Court grant a continuance for the contempt hearing originally
scheduled for July 20, 2011. As grounds for said Motion, Counsel asserts that she is
scheduled to be in front of Magistrate Lenski, Montgomery County Juvenile Court as
guardian ad litem. Plaintiff was notified of this request. This continuance is not being
requested to delay the instant matter in any way.

‘WHEREFORE, Counsel respectfully requests that Plaintiff's hearing be continued.
