MOTION TO CONTINUE PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION HEARING

 

Defendants the Ohio Department of Education, the State Superintendent of Public
Instruction, and the State of Ohio agree that the Court should amend its November 6 order to
vacate the December 10 hearing, but disagree with everything else contained in the District’s
November 30, 2018 Motion to Continue Preliminary Injunction Hearing. Accordingly, as more
